  • Please keep in mind that because opened items cannot be reused, we will be unable to accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered.
  • Cancellation is not possible once an order has been processed and dispatched.
  • This policy does not cover damages caused by carelessness, poor use, or incorrect application.

Please note that we only give refunds or replacements in the instances listed below:

  • You were sent the incorrect product.
  • You received an expired product.
  • You received a broken product.

In case of any of the above mentioned instances, we will require a complete unboxing video to approve the return request and process the refund.

Please submit a return/replacement request within one week after delivery in any of the aforementioned cases. In such circumstances, please send us an email at to seek a return or refund. Please wait 48 hours for us to process your request. We'll start a reverse pickup once the request is authorized. Our courier partner will come to your doorstep and pick up the order. Our support team will then examine the returned order once it is received. If the problems you've mentioned are confirmed, our team will provide a refund within 1-2 business days.

Purchases made by a third party

If our items are acquired through third-party websites, pharmacies, grocery stores or a third person, we are not responsible for their legitimacy, quality or packaging difficulties.
